The Parish Council will meet at the Memorial Hall, School Lane, on Monday, 12th September 2011 at 7.30 p.m.

AGENDA.

 

Prior to the commencement of the Meeting, awards will be presented to prizewinners of the 2011 Higham Gardens for Pleasure Competition.

 

1.     To receive apologies for absence.

2.     To welcome representatives from Red Admiral Homes for discussion regarding The Chequers site.

3.     To update the Register of Members’ Interests.

4.     To receive inspection reports for Parish property and amenities.

5      To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on Monday, 11th July 2011.

6.     Matters arising from the Minutes.

7.     Parishioners’ Matters.

8.     To further discuss recent planning applications received for Gads Hill School.    

9.     To discuss 2012 celebrations within the village.

The Annual Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday, 12th April 2012.
