The Parish Council will meet at the Memorial Hall, School Lane, on Monday, 20th February 2012 at 7.30 p.m.



1.     To receive apologies for absence.

2.     To update the Register of Members Interests.

3.     To receive inspection reports for Parish property and amenities.

4.     To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on Monday, 9th January 2012.

5.     Matters arising from the Minutes.

6.     Parishioners' Matters.

7.     2012 Celebrations.

8.     Annual Parish Newsletter and Annual Parish Assembly 2012.    

9.     To review the provision of additional allotments and the state of the allotment gardens.  

10.   Highway Priorities for 2012/2013.

11.   To discuss the recent site meeting held at Gads Hill School on 4th February 2012.            

12.   Councillors' Matters:   County   /   Borough   /   Parish.

The Annual Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday, 12th April 2012.
