 The Parish Council Meeting will be held at the Memorial Hall, School Lane, on Monday, 8th October 2012 at 7.30 p.m..




1.     To receive apologies for absence.

2.     To update the Register of Members’ Interests.

3.     To receive inspection reports for Parish property and amenities.

4.     To confirm and sign the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting, held on Monday, 10th September 2012.

5.     Matters arising from the Minutes.

6.     Parishioners' Matters.    

7.     To receive an update on the renewal of the Recreation Ground lease.

8.     To adopt a new Code of Conduct.

9.     To further discuss future library services within the village.           

10.   Councillors' Matters:   County   /   Borough   /   Parish.

         St. John’s College, Cambridge ( ½ year rent for Recreation Ground by S.O.)                   256.16

         Clive Stanley (webmaster services 21/6/12 – 30/9/12)                                                       213.50

         Clerk’s salary (net amount 1/7/12 – 30/9/12)                                                                    2772.42

         HMRC (Clerk’s PAYE/NI (Employer/Employee))                                                            658.14

         Use of room as office (1/7/12 – 30/9/12)                                                                            227.50

         Abacus Playgrounds (repair kit for safety surfacing)                                                        78.00

         Christmas Meeting with the Mayor of Gravesham – Monday, 26th November 2012 at 7.30 p.m.

Mondays:- 14th January, 25th February, 8th April, 13th May (Annual Parish Council Meeting with Parish Council Meeting), 8th July, 9th September, 14th October, 11th November (Budget and Finance only) and 25th November (Christmas Meeting with the Mayor of Gravesham)

The Annual Parish Assembly will take place on Thursday, 11th April 2013.
