Please note:- The February Meeting was delayed by one week and actually took place on Monday, 5th March due to the forecasted arrival of heavy snow during the evening of 26th February 2018.

The Parish Council will meet at the Memorial Hall, School Lane ME3 7JL on Monday, 26th February 2018 at 7.30 p.m.

1.    To receive apologies for absence.

2.    To update the Register of Members Interests.

3.    To receive inspection reports for Parish property and amenities.

4.    To confirm and sign the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Monday, 15th January 2018.

5.    Matters arising from the Minutes.

6.    Parishioners' Matters.

7.    Annual Parish Newsletter and Annual Parish Assembly 2018.

8.    To discuss the recent Nuralite site visit and any impact it may have on the amended site layout plan for the Canal Road local housing scheme.
9.    To receive a report from the GDPR Workshop.
10.   To arrange for the publication and distribution of the Village Plan.
11.    Councillors' Matters:   County   /   Borough   /   Parish.

The Annual Parish Assembly will be held on Thursday, 12th April 2018.
